Jason was blessed with some exceptional and amazing friends.

Found love I thought I'd never find
Jason met and fell in love with someone he never anticipated he would.

Sometimes I can't believe this life in mine
Considering the many positive aspects of his life, Jason finds it hard to believe how amazing his life is.

And I'm not plannin' on leavin' yet
Jason doesn't intend to leave life yet.

But the truth is you just never know
Jason acknowledges that nobody knows when their life would end; it can occur anytime.

And if this is as good as it gets
If Jason doesn't acquire much more from life than he has already, he is content with his current position.

I said a prayer for the dearly departed

And the loved ones left broken hearted

Then traffic started
As Jason drove away, the traffic began to move again.

And I drove away a little more able
Having said a prayer and shown compassion, Jason felt more capable of handling the difficulties of life.

To see the good things on my table
Jason can now appreciate the positives in his life better.

And for that I'm grateful
Jason expresses gratitude for his present outlook and positive frame of mind.

Jason accepts that he has experienced various challenges and difficulties in life.

I've hit the mark and I've missed by miles
Jason has accomplished some objectives and flunked others miserably.

Jason confesses that he occasionally gets extremely upset and angry.

But the good times have more than
Despite the troubles, the positives and happy moments in life surpass the negatives.

Outweighed the bad
The good things in life have compensated for the negative aspects.

Jason continues to reflect on his present condition.

Jason would not want to alter anything in his life.

This roll with the punches life I've had
Jason has embraced his life, including its ups and downs, and has learned to move forward.
