With some presentations they managed to do very well in iTunes USA: Best Song Ever (One Direction), Say My Name (Destiny's Child) and Little Talks (Of Monsters and Men) made it to the Top 30 in iTunes USA and the presentations of Say Something (A Great Big World) and Gravity (Sara Bareilles) guaranteed the couple the coveted #1 on iTunes USA.
Shortly after winning the X Factor, Alex & Sierra signed to Columbia Records and in January 2014 started writing songs for their first album. In May, the couple's first single "Scarecrow" came out.
In October 2014 they released the first album "It's About Us", which has the success "Little Do You Know". In August 2016 they released the EP "As Seen on TV", with 8 tracks, containing covers of songs they sang on The X Factor, and some new ones.
In 2017 the couple announced that they had ended the relationship more than a year ago and would not continue making music together, starting their solo career.

I'm so glad they won, not because they have the greatest of voices but because they represent true love and innocence that is sorely missed in this troubled world that we live in today. Such an amazing song for these two to sing, especially when they are so much in love. Just absolutely beautiful. I have been with my husband for 18 years now, and I would not change a thing about it, I love the way he looks at me when he sings to me, and how he holds my hand and loves me for me and our children the same way. I feel that Alex and Sierra make an awesome couple and they remind me of me and my husband when we first started out.
