No matter how many mistakes are there, this interpretation is far the best. Horowitz is a man and Russian composers give a deep spirit to his works.

The part from 0:48 to 1:30 is in my opinion the most beautiful thing ever written in the history of piano classical music

Horowitz took this piece of music to another level. He knew how to capture the soul with the piano.

@Oksana Sukhomlyn Vladimir Horowitz had an uncle named Alexander who was friends with Alexander Scriabin.

@Ulen Grau Actually, Scriabin is played academicly. He isn't forgotten bro.

He made it too showy, which is wonderful for exposure to Scriabin, because poor guy no one knew him in America, and people are already forgetting him... but the middle section could've been played a little differently in that very famous recording.

I had never heard this version of it, in which he's clearly learned from his "showy errors."

Leonardo Rodriguez

I will too.

This is one of my favorite short pieces for the piano and I love the way Horowitz performed it, he is the best.

Young Paderewski

Scriabin was the true genius; Horowitz was the messenger.
