I followed Alex on X Factor every week. She had it from the very beginning, exceptional vocal power & unbelievable control. This video theme (all the vintage doll glamour, heavy make up, grace Kelly like appeal was unrelatable to women of today) ruined every chance of this amazing song being her historic anthem. The message in this song is powerful, real and absolute. It’s about true loves pain, broken hopes of love, friendship & trust, feeling invisible, confusion, feelings of rejection, bing ignored, low self worth, regrets… the very emotions every woman has felt at sometime in her life with someone, not necessarily a partner - could also relate to broken friendships. I feel the video needed to portray those scenarios wholesomely to engage relationship jeopardy and trials. This video missed the entirety of that realness. Had they hit it on the head, this would become historic. Sadly it didn’t receive the justice the song and Alex rightly deserved. Her talent and ability to make you feel the song is intoxicating

Wow, this song just suddenly came back to my mind. It's been 7 years since the last time I discovered this song as a 16-year-old boy on a television show. The lyrics and her singing are incredible. Also, this reminds me of how I started my different life with music and English, which helps me a lot to be able to what I want today! Can't believe that now I am 23 and graduated from university for a year. Thank you.
