Since this movie is the mixture between both books of Alice, in the second one it is explained that Alice founds out that the Red Rose is actually the Red Queen. So maybe Disney fixed it with a white rose representing the White Queen.

Never liked this movie. But I do love the book. And thanks for posting. I don't watch it, but play the sound...this is the one song i like to hear, mainly the phrase "all in a golden afternoon" of Carroll's is just lovely, and this song has such a nice melody to it. Whoever plays Alice has such a beautiful, beautiful voice! Wish they had let her sing that last line. Guess it was funny, but would have been a nice way to have the song.
