She began her music career as a backing vocalist in the mid-80s after attending the London Contemporary School of Dance. In 1989 made a brief appearance as an African sorceress in Bob Rafelson's film Mountains of the Moon. She is best known for her 90s club anthems, her most successful and best known track being "Where Love Lives", which was originally a massive club success in 1991 and top ten smash when remixed in 1996.
She has also contributed to musical project This Mortal Coil, singing on two of their albums; Filigree & Shadow (1986) and Blood (1991).

Memories of the State in Liverpool, late 80's. Buying our rave gear in Quiggins. Then off out for the night. Dropping E's and dancing till the early hours. Back home with our kid and the cooked breakfast as well as the probing questions from Mum and Dad 'How can you get drunk drinking water?' Then back to the Royal Naval base where I was stationed (panicking about the mandatory drug tests (fortunately never got one)). Happy days! 55 Year old grandad now but still feel like a young raver when I hear the opening lines!
