Also man, why does Sonic and the Black Knight have the best one liners of the whole series? Outside of the actual main gameplay, you could argue Black Knight is the best Sonic game in every way. Really a shame the gameplay is so bad

@PenguinTM Yeah, Unleashed was pretty good too. I think the best thing about those two games is the way they portrayed Sonic. I think he was the perfect mix of cocky and serious. When shit got serious, he would match the tone instead of just standing there making lame jokes

And yeah, I definitely agree with you on it being the best. Well, I'd say it's between this and Unleashed tbh. Idk man, it's just... everything (well, the gameplay is subjective, I personally like it) in this game is amazing; the story, the OST... Really was the sendoff that Griffith deserved tbh.

this quote stuck with me since i was a child, i am not even kidding. what really gets me is that while sonic tries to do good in every possible way but when he realized he can't save both the world and the villainess he just went full " fuck it i will just kill you to save the world then ". The dude went in with the intention to kill if it meant saving the world and i believe that this is the right mentality for me.
