Their debut album, All Saints, was released in 1997 with the first single "I Know Where It's At" reaching #4 on the UK charts. The next single, "Never Ever", launched All Saints as stars, selling over two million copies in the United Kingdom also. They later went on to release their second full length studio album, Saints & Sinners in 2000.
The band scored a total of five #1 singles. They split acrimoniously in 2001 after much speculation and rumour. Nicole and Natalie went on to form the duo Appleton, whilst Melanie and Shaznay have also gone on to enjoy (moderate) solo success.
On January 24, 2006 it was announced that the band had reformed. All Saints had signed a deal with Parlophone Records and their comeback single for the label, 'Rock Steady' was a considerable commercial success, charting at number 2. However, 'Studio 1', their third album peaked at a disappointing number 40 in the UK chart.
A further single - 'Chick Fit' - was released via download only, and the group left Parlophone shortly after in 2009.
In November 2013, it was announced that the group would be reforming to support the Backstreet Boys for five dates across the UK and Ireland in 2014.
"We are really looking forward to performing together as special guests of the Backstreet Boys," the group said in a statement.
All Saints will released their fourth studio album entitled Red Flag on 8 April 2016. The lead single from the album, "One Strike", was released on 26 February 2016.

Beach walking
Always silent
Never talking
Then you call my name
And I know inside I love you
Sail away
Until you see the shore
There I will be waiting

Each moment is new
And breeds a moment
Each moment is cool
And breeds a moment
I wouldn't want to be
Anywhere else but... here
I wouldn't want to change
Anything at all
(Anything oh I...)
I wouldn't want to take
Everything out on... you
Though I know I do
(Although I know I do)
Everytime I fall
Day dreaming
Chain smoking
Always laughin
Always jokin
I remain the same
Did I tell you that I love you
Brush your teeth
And pour a cup of black coffee out
I love to watch you do that every day
The little things that you do
Each moment is new
And breeds a moment
Each moment is cool
And breeds a moment
I wouldn't want to be
Anywhere else but... here

The lyrics of "Black Coffee" by All Saints, as a whole, can be interpreted as a reflection of the complexities and uncertainties of love. The singer starts off by describing simple, peaceful moments spent with their lover, such as night swimming and beach walking, during which the two of them are "always silent" and "never talking." However, a shift in tone occurs when the singer admits that they can't help but take out their frustrations and negative emotions on their partner, despite knowing it's not fair to do so. The theme of waiting and anticipation is also present throughout the song, as the singer awaits their lover's return from a trip at sea.
One interesting aspect of the song is that it was originally written as a ballad by songwriters Sia Furler and Guy Sigsworth, and was intended for another artist. However, All Saints heard the demo and decided to record their own version, which was more uptempo and had a different melody.
Another notable aspect is the use of the phrase "black coffee" in the lyrics. While it could be interpreted as a simple reference to the act of making coffee, some have suggested that it might represent a darker side of the singer's emotions or relationships.

Are you saved? Where will you go when you die? Heaven or hell?
The Gospel, which means the Good News is the news that God Almighty, the Creator came in the flesh as Jesus Christ to take away the sin of the world. The one God is a trinity of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. The Son came and laid down his own life to save ours. His sacrifice on the cross paid the price for our redemption with his own blood. On the third day he rose from dead and offers the gift of salvation and forgiveness to those that repent and trust in him. Although God's creation was created perfect, having no death, sickness and disease, the creation became corrupted through Adam and Eve in them disobeying God. In this rebellion the creation became fallen through the curse of sin and mankind became separated from God. This world is fallen, but God offers reconciliation to him through his provision at the cross. Ultimately God will restore his creation to perfection when he returns but those that reject his offer of redemption will remain condemned by their sins and go to hell.
John 1:1,14 KJV
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and THE WORD WAS GOD. [14] And THE WORD WAS MADE FLESH, and dwelt among us,
1 John 3:8 KJV
He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
Isaiah 9:6 KJV
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty GOD, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
John 1:10
He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and THE WORLD KNEW HIM NOT.
