Their debut album, All Saints, was released in 1997 with the first single "I Know Where It's At" reaching #4 on the UK charts. The next single, "Never Ever", launched All Saints as stars, selling over two million copies in the United Kingdom also. They later went on to release their second full length studio album, Saints & Sinners in 2000.
The band scored a total of five #1 singles. They split acrimoniously in 2001 after much speculation and rumour. Nicole and Natalie went on to form the duo Appleton, whilst Melanie and Shaznay have also gone on to enjoy (moderate) solo success.
On January 24, 2006 it was announced that the band had reformed. All Saints had signed a deal with Parlophone Records and their comeback single for the label, 'Rock Steady' was a considerable commercial success, charting at number 2. However, 'Studio 1', their third album peaked at a disappointing number 40 in the UK chart.
A further single - 'Chick Fit' - was released via download only, and the group left Parlophone shortly after in 2009.
In November 2013, it was announced that the group would be reforming to support the Backstreet Boys for five dates across the UK and Ireland in 2014.
"We are really looking forward to performing together as special guests of the Backstreet Boys," the group said in a statement.
All Saints will released their fourth studio album entitled Red Flag on 8 April 2016. The lead single from the album, "One Strike", was released on 26 February 2016.
I Remember

An old face from the past
Reminding me of moments
The time we were all mad
The times we stuck together,
The times we fell apart
A treasure here in my heart, yeah
And now I see you (here in the room)
I realised how we have changed
How much I've missed you
Our memories of the past stay the same
I remember
Babe, when you were mine
I remember (I remember)
I remember
Babe, back in time
I remember
We partied long ago
I can't believe that you're here
Remember we said our last goodbyes
And we shared out last tears
Used to out I forgotten yeah
Said I need you out here
Schooldays are good to remember
Memories last forever
And now I see you (here in the room)
I realised how we have changed
How much I've missed you
Our memories of the past stay the same
I remember
Babe, when you were mine
I remember (I remember)
I remember
Babe, back in time
I remember
I remember
Babe, when you were mine
I remember (I remember)
I remember
Babe, back in time
I remember
The lyrics of All Saints' song "I Remember" are about the nostalgia associated with meeting an old friend or acquaintance from the past. The first verse talks about meeting an old face and being reminded of moments that were shared in the past. The memories in this song are about good times but also the bad times that the group went through together, including sticking together and falling apart. The chorus is an expression of nostalgia and memory, memorializing moments and realizing how much time has passed. The second verse talks about reminiscing the past and how school days were good to remember.
The song braids together nostalgic lyrics with a melodic composition that feeds the listener's feelings of nostalgia. The nostalgia that is cherished in the song as a bond between friends is underscored by the fact that it is essentially of unattainable things. The refrain which repeats again and again that the singer remembers, adds to an overall aura of bittersweet memory which is the essence of nostalgia.
