The band's next, The Fall of Ideals was released on July 11, 2006 to acclaim from all angles, including Kerrang! and Metal Hammer. The first video from the album was This Calling, which was featured on the soundtracks of both Masters of Horror II and Saw III. It was followed by The Air That I Breathe. Additionally, their song Six was featured on the Guitar Hero 2 game for the PlayStation 2 and Xbox 360.
On January 11, 2007, the band announced their new drummer, Jason Costa, previously of Diecast. 2007 also has seen the band's first US headlining tour, which also featured Misery Signals, The Human Abstract, Light This City, and Cellador. All That Remains also made a special appearance at the New Jersey show of Sounds of the Underground in 2007.
A third video from "The Fall of Ideals" for the song Not Alone was released in mid-2007. Also, the band's DVD, entitled "All That Remains Live", was released in November of 2007. Currently, the band is co-headlining on tour with trivium.
The bands fourth effort, Overcome, is a combination of hardcore screaming and clean singing, best example being a song for the hopeless. The cd is a departure from their previous efforts, but it can still be appreciated in many ways.
In addition, they have released three of their songs: This Calling, Chiron, and Two weeks, as a welcome addition to any rock band players library.
On October 17, 2018, guitarist Oli Herbert died from drowning from a prescription overdose. He was 44 years old.

All That Remains Lyrics

Dividing your reason
Full use of power
Of the damnation
Unending fight
Yet you're supposed to prove them right
I cannot hide
Why can't we see it
They're trying to make a slave of you
Take back your freedom
Take it back, take it back
I have such pride
In the land I thought was mine
I can't deny
Yet I fear my home is gone
Why can't we see it
They're trying to make a slave of you
Take back your freedom
Take it back, take it back
Why can't we see it
No one will list it down it's true
Take back your freedom
Take it back, take it back
Sleeping in , breaking the country we're sleeping
Rigorous ,neglect then terminate reagent
Return to falling and all that we can deal
Take it back
Why can't we see it
They're trying to make a slave of you
Take back your freedom
Take it back, take it back
Why can't we see it
No one will list it down it's true
Take back your freedom
Take it back, take it back
Bored with light
Terrified
Why can't we see it
They're trying to make a slave of you
Take back your freedom
Take it back, take it back
The song "Sing for Liberty" by All That Remains addresses the importance of standing up and fighting for one's freedom. The first verse states that one should choose their words carefully and use their power to fight against oppression. The following lines express frustration with the ongoing fight for freedom and a desire to take action to define their own freedom. The chorus echoes this sentiment, encouraging listeners to take back their freedom from those who seek to enslave them.
The second verse expresses pride in the singer's home country, and a fear that it is being lost to oppression. The repetition of the chorus encourages listeners to stand up and fight for their freedom, while the final lines of the song express a call to action: to wake up from apathy and neglect and take action to reclaim their freedom.
The overall theme of the song is one of defiance against those who seek to oppress and enslave individuals. It encourages listeners to take proactive steps towards freedom and to resist those who would seek to take it away.
