This is honestly one of my favorite music videos of all time. And in my opinion it matches the song perfectly.

The first time you watch it, you're just as confused as Alex is. Why is he wearing a fries costume? Why is that girl running away from him? Why are his friends afraid of him? Then he says "woah" and it all makes sense.

He's been stuck in a situation in life that he absolutely hates, with no conceivable means of escape. And the only way he can deal with it is to shut himself down mentally and emotionally; to the point where he's dead inside, like a zombie. In his mind he's completely normal, but when he looks in the mirror he doesn't even recognize himself. The stranger's bed he woke up in is in fact his own bed. His best friends don't even want to be around him anymore because they're afraid his depression will rub off on them. Girls he might be attracted to run from him because they can clearly see how miserable he is. And he's realized that he needs to get out of that situation, or else he's going to die. "Something's Gotta Give". (That's just my interpretation anyway. Obviously it's not the de facto meaning behind the video).

I don't really relate to the song anymore, but I absolutely did when it first came out. And it's an underrated song/music video in my opinion. All Time Low is such a great band!

For everyone saying they miss old all time low: a while ago someone went to an all time low show and held up a sign saying 'we want the old all time low back', Alex stopped the show and said to the girls that you can't expect people not to grow up and change. Alex looked really upset. He was right, you can't expect people to be the same forever. And since their music reflects themselves their music won't be the same either.

8 years later and this is still my favorite music video of all time. it fits the song and focuses on the band playing but still has a clear and enticing story including a memorable plot twist. this is my favorite all time low song and always has been and i attribute that to how much i absolutely love the video. as an aspiring filmmaker, this is so inspirational.

My view on it was the first half Alex was already a zombie. He was walking around, thinking that he was greeting everybody and didn't know why they were all scared. When he sees his reflection, he realizes that he has been a zombie the whole time and was really eating everyone instead of greeting/playing with them. Really, if you catch it, it's a huge plot twist.

They still have the pop-punk vibe rolling. Personally I enjoy the song, the lyrics have meaning behind them, yeah the chord progression is simple but it's catchy and something that hooks people. That's why this was the first single, so that they could reel people in for the rest of the album. I'm going to buy the album regardless because I love All Time Low's music. I honestly don't understand why people are hating on this song, It's fucking awesome! Love the tune and the lyrics; just overall an excellent job the guys did for us and I'm proud to say they've came back with a bang! To those of you who aren't keen on the song I recommend listening to it over and over and I guarantee you'll warm up to it, just like I did when I first heard Therapy :)
