The first chapter Allen-Lande's collaboration, “The Battle” was unleashed on September 19th 2005 with unanimous acclaim from fans and critics alike.
The second chapter aptly titled “The Revenge” was unleashed on May 11th 2007, with cover art specifically designed for this project by Rodney Matthews (DIAMOND HEAD, MAGNUM, ASIA etc.), once again songs were written by guitar sensation Magnus Karlsson (STARBREAKER, Last Tribe).
Heavier and with a tighter production, thanks to the involvement of Dennis Ward (PINK CREAM 69, ANGRA, PLACE VENDOME) at the mix, this album will excite the many fans who loved the first chapter and everyone who declares themselves fan of quality Hard Rock or Metal.

Russell Allen is the singer of the American Progressive Metal band Symphony X, who have released seven studio albums and one live record so far. More than once Symphony X received accolades such as “Best Progressive Power Metal Band Worldwide” or awards for the “Best Progressive Metal Album of the Year”. Russell is most well-known for his very melodic, loud singing style and drawn out vocal lines, as well as his large vocal range. Allen has worked with Arjen Anthony Lucassen on various occasions: originally he sang the song "Dawn of a Million Souls" on Ayreon's 2000 album Universal Migrator Part 2: Flight of the Migrator (which also featured a guitar solo by Michael Romeo), and in 2002 he became one of the lead vocalists for Lucassen's project Star One.
Highly rated ex-Masterplan vocalist Jorn Lande has a vocal capability that is world class, distinctive, rich and spanning a large range. He is in high demand and has appeared as guest or sung for such bands as MILLENIUM, ARK, THE SNAKES and many others. He is also a well-known solo artist with six studio albums released, since the debut “Starfire” in 1999.

The lyrics to Allen-Lande's song "Bloodlines" are a deep exploration of regret and guilt. The singer has been on the run, never resting, haunted by the memory of a lover who he feels he wronged. The opening lines describe how the character cannot rest, and must keep moving even as the "scenes" he remembers cause him deep pain. The memory of the relationship is so overwhelming, that even as the character tries to run away from it, it keeps "re-appearing".
The second verse describes the low point of the relationship, where everything fell apart and the character remembers leaving "tears and cries of great despair" behind. However, the hope of the relationship is not entirely gone from the character's mind - he remembers her promise to meet him when he was done with his work. The hope that they can still be together is not lost, and the character still holds out for her to "rescue" him.
The final verses are tense, as the character feels unsafe and vulnerable, always on the move and never sure if he's being followed. The refrain of "Ara! You left me hanging high and dry" expresses the guilt and betrayal the character feels, as he blames himself for the collapse of the relationship. Even as there is a "movement at my door", the character does not know if it is his lover coming to save him or someone coming to do him harm. The notion of "bloodlines" suggests that this is a battle that has been going on for generations, and the character is trapped by the decisions of his ancestors.
