My Own Way
Allen-Lande Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
No one here will guide
And show me where to go
Who am I to know
Too many crossroads in my way
Too many unanswered questions left
I can't remember how I came here
I never have I never will
I won't give up I'm gonna find my own way home
But I won't loose my faith
I never have I never will
I won't give up I need to find my own way home
Many days and nights have passed
Many miles I walked in way
The world is silent here. I can only hear my heart beat
There is no life in sight not a sound of hope
It seems so far right now to my horizon
But I won't loose my faith...
A journey without an end
I'm reaching for the world
I travel over unknown land
As I cry inside my lonely soul
But I won't loose my faith...
The lyrics to Allen-Lande's song "My Own Way" speak to the feeling of being lost and alone, with no one to turn to for guidance or direction. The singer of the song is facing many different paths and unanswered questions, unsure of which way to go. Despite this uncertainty, they refuse to give up or lose faith. The lyrics are a statement of resilience and determination in the face of adversity.
Throughout the song, the singer describes their journey, both physically and emotionally. They have been on this path for a long time, walking for many miles and facing countless challenges. The world around them is silent and devoid of life, leaving them alone with their own thoughts and doubts. Yet through it all, they remain committed to finding their way home, refusing to let go of their faith and hope.
In the end, the lyrics suggest that this journey may never truly come to an end - the singer is always reaching for something just out of reach, traveling through unknown territory and dealing with inner turmoil. But even in the face of this uncertainty, they remain steadfast in their determination to find their own way and remain true to themselves.
