After signing with Wind-up Records, Alter Bridge released their debut album One Day Remains in August 2004, much of which was written by Tremonti the previous year. The album reached No. 5 on the U.S. Billboard 200 and, received mixed reviews, and was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America in November 2004. This was followed in 2007 by the more positively-reviewed Blackbird, which marked the beginning of a long partnership between the band and producer Michael Baskette. The album reached No. 13 in the U.S. and was certified silver by the British Phonographic Industry.
Following continued activities with the members' other bands and side projects, Alter Bridge released AB III in 2010. It received critical acclaim and commercial success on Roadrunner Records, with its lead single "Isolation" topping the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart. Alter Bridge released Fortress to further acclaim in 2013, as the band's members continued splitting their time between various projects. The Last Hero followed on Napalm Records in 2016, becoming the band's first album since its debut to reach the top ten of the Billboard 200, and its first to reach the top five of the UK Albums Chart. Their sixth studio album, Walk the Sky, was released in 2019, and was followed by Walk the Sky 2.0 in 2020. The band's seventh album Pawns & Kings was released on October 14, 2022.
As of 2023 Alter Bridge has sold over 5 million records worldwide.

All Ends Well
Alter Bridge Lyrics

Pull your drifting heart back from a cruel and bitter tide
Show you that tomorrow everything will be just fine
All in due time
All
Somewhere down the road your stars will show
Somewhere down the road you're almost home
If you believe in nothing else
Just keep believing in yourself
There will be times of trouble,
It's gonna hurt like hell
This much I know, all ends well
It all ends well.
If I could heal the scars
Show you what you are
Bind the wounds of disbelief
That brought you down so hard
I would be the tourniquet around your doubting heart
All in due time.
All
Somewhere down the road your stars will show
Somewhere down the road you're almost home
You're almost home
If you believe in nothing else
Just keep believing in yourself
There will be times of trouble,
It's gonna hurt like hell
This much I know, all ends well
It all ends well.
So hard to see so hard to find (so hard to find)
All that you need will calm the tide (will calm the tide)
These words of wisdom you'll know to find
You have so much to give, won't you live, won't you live a little more
If you believe in nothing else
Just keep believing in yourself
There will be times of trouble,
It's gonna hurt like hell
This much I know, all ends well
This much I know, all ends well
This much I know, all ends well
This much I know, all ends well
This much I know, all ends well
The song "All Ends Well" by Alter Bridge is a comforting and hopeful track that tries to reassure someone going through mental, emotional, or physical struggles. The lyrics appear to be addressed to someone the singer cares about deeply. It seems like this person is going through a tough time – they are lost, hurt, and do not know what to do. The singer tries to calm their friend down, telling them that everything will be okay in the end, and offers to be their rock, to provide comfort and support.
The chorus offers a powerful and hopeful message that it all ends well, no matter how hard things get, and that all will be okay in the end. The song unfolds with lines about healing scars, binding disbelief, and showing the person what they are. It seems like the singer is trying to get their friend to see that things will get better soon, and that they have the power within themselves to overcome any obstacle.
Overall, "All Ends Well" is an optimistic song meant to give hope to anyone going through a challenging period. It showcases the power of friendship, love, and support, and how they can help individuals move forward in life.
