The legacy of Alternosfera starts when two high school students without any prior musical experience decided to learn playing guitars and kill some time. The first rehearsal with all the band members accounted for, have taken place on December 13th, 1998. Of course, the initial rehearsals were quite primitive and noisy due to the lack of experience, playing techniques and instruments. On November 23rd, 1999, Alternosfera holds its first concert, in Chisinau. In 2001, the band does the first demo recordings in Chisinau followed by more demo recordings in 2002 in Bucharest, Romania. Alternosfera has gathered experience in an active manner over the past 5 years. Changing with time both its members and its musical direction, the band reached maturity with their own, unique style, a style led by the keyboard solo parts and the singer's unique voice. Alternosfera performed on most of Chisinau's stages, taking part in the most important rock festivals in Moldova and Romania and was always very well greeted by the public. Doar uneori in prag de amurg
Cei care-l trec se lasa de drum
Noaptea-i prea scurta iar drumu-i prea lung
Pentru un pion invartindu-se-n fum
Pre-Refren
La oglinda nu mai stau
In nimicul mut doar umbre prind
Ce-n surzimea lor ma mint
Ore grele vor veni si sub ploi
M-or scalda un anotimp
Drumuri de noroi
Strofa 2
Doar uneori în prag de amurg
Nu mai conteaza cat esti de-obosit
Nepasator isi vede de drum
Fuge pionul ca un nebun
Pre-Refren
La oglinda nu mai stau
Nu aud in ea nimic
In nimicul mut doar umbre prind
Ce-n surzimea lor ma mint
Ore grele vor veni si sub ploi
M-or scalda un anotimp
Drumuri de noroi
Interludiu
Ore grele
Ore grele vor veni
Ore grele pe sub ploi
Drumuri de noroi
The song Drumuri De Noroi by Alternosfera is a melancholic reflection on the struggles and obstacles faced by people in life. The first stanza talks about how people often give up on their journey when the night is too short and the road is too long. The image of a pawn spinning in smoke suggests that life can often be like a game where we are stuck in a loop, unable to make progress. The pre-chorus talks about how the reflections in the mirror show nothing but shadows that deceive us. The line "ore grele vor veni si sub ploi, m-or scalda un anotimp, drumuri de noroi" translates to "hard times will come, even under the rain, I will swim in a season of mud".
In the second stanza, the singer talks about how sometimes, in the face of exhaustion, we don't care about anything and just keep moving forward. The pawn in this verse is depicted as running like crazy, indicating a sense of desperation. The pre-chorus is repeated, emphasizing the futility of looking for answers in the reflection.
The interlude repeats the line "ore grele vor veni" twice and emphasizes the impending sense of doom. The final line "drumuri de noroi" translates to "roads of mud" and highlights the journey we must undertake, which is full of hardships and challenges.

In the silent nothingness, only shadows are caught
Ce-n surzimea lor ma mint
That lie to me in their silence
Ore grele vor veni si sub ploi
Hard hours will come, even in the rain
M-or scalda un anotimp

Roads of mud
Nu mai conteaza cat esti de-obosit
It doesn't matter how tired you are
Nepasator isi vede de drum
Unconcerned, he carries on
Fuge pionul ca un nebun
The pawn runs like a madman
Ore grele pe sub ploi
Hard hours in the rain
Ore grele vor veni
Hard hours will come
