Fue por decisión de Mónica Naranjo, quien aconsejó a la joven que abandonara el programa y retomara su carrera musical en unos años, ya que su juventud iba a jugar en su contra. Amaia protagonizó entonces uno de los momentos más destacados y emotivos del concurso. Desde su expulsión del talent show de Atresmedia hasta su admisión en los castings de 'OT 2017', la joven, ya mayor de edad, ha estado trabajando duro para lograr por fin hacerse un hueco en el complicado mundo de la música.
