Amber Carrington is taking America by storm with her country twang! This Southern belle started crooning at the tender age of 10, and her voice has been knocking audiences' socks off ever since. Amber has performed at various opry and rodeo shows in her home state of Texas, and was the 2012 winner of Rockwall's Got Talent. Unfortunately, Amber's mom passed away after being diagnosed with breast cancer, but this gal decided to honor her memory by pursuing her dreams of being a musician. Now Amber has a chance to show the world what she's made of as one of the fiercest competitors on television's most cut-throat singing competition!
Amber might be a teenager, but she's already had some pretty great opportunities thrown her way. She was invited to Los Angeles to sing with Katharine McPhee and Kinny G, and her dream is going on tour with Brad Paisley. We have a feeling Amber will be able to follow all her dreams thanks to The Voice, but does this aspiring song-writer have what it takes to win fans over with her dulcet tones?
Try

How it's all turned to lies
Sometimes I think that it's better,
To never ask why
Where there is desire, there is gonna be a flame
Where there is a flame, someone's bound to get burned
But just because it burns, doesn't mean you're gonna die
Gotta get up and try, and try, and try
You gotta get up and try, and try, and try
Funny how the heart can be deceiving
More than just a couple times
Why do we fall in love so easy
Even when it's not right
Where there is desire, there is gonna be a flame
Where there is a flame, someone's bound to get burned
But just because it burns, doesn't mean you're gonna die
You gotta get up and try, and try, and try
Gotta get up and try, and try, and try
You gotta get up and try, and try, and try
Ever worry that it might be ruined
And does it make you wanna cry
When you're out there doing what you're doing
Are you just getting by
Tell me are you just getting by, by, by
Where there is desire, there is gonna be a flame
Where there is a flame, someone's bound to get burned
But just because it burns, doesn't mean you're gonna die
You gotta get up and try, and try, and try
Gotta get up and try, and try, and try
You gotta get up and try, and try, and try
You gotta get up and try, and try, and try
You gotta get up and try, and try, and try
You gotta get up and try, and try, and try
You gotta get up and try, and try, and try
You gotta get up and try, and try, and try
Gotta get up and try, and try, and try
In "Try," Amber Carrington reflects on a relationship that has gone awry. She questions what her partner is doing and how they have gotten to the point of lies. Despite feeling disillusioned about the state of their connection, Carrington points out that it's still better to not ask why because it can be painful to uncover the truth. The chorus asserts that where there is desire, there will always be a risk of getting hurt. However, just because someone gets burned, it doesn't spell the end. The key is to keep trying and not give up on love.
Carrington acknowledges that the heart can be deceiving and that people tend to fall in love easily, even when it's not right. The second half of the song poses questions that highlight how challenging it can be to keep faith in a relationship. She wonders if her partner is just getting by and if it's all just destined to fizzle and fade. But then, the chorus repeats the message of perseverance and determination. To keep trying even when it feels like everything is going wrong. "Try" essentially is a commentary on how to navigate the ups and downs of romantic relationships.

So I'm immature because I was stating my opinion without being rude and offending the artist? Alright, that makes a lot of sense. Yeah, I realize you don't care about manners. You clearly don't have any.
