Ahhh, this is really cool! I especially love what you did with the ending - Marcy putting on the helmet for "behold the faded light" and using the wit gem for "grow up and get wise"! The actions all fit with the lyrics really well. This is awesome - well done!

Thanks! I actually had a lot of trouble deciding whether to give Marcy normal or Night eyes. I figured the Night eyes would look cooler, but I had a lot of doubts that possessed/mind-controlled Marcy would be canon. Then the season 3 trailer came out, and I knew what I had to do!

Thank you! I started working on it not long after "True Colors" aired at the end of June, but I didn't really put a whole lot of time into it until mid-August. So, adding it all up, a rough estimate would probably be about two months' worth of consistent time and effort put into the project.

XD yeah. Andrias's lipsync in the actual show is kind of wonky, too - he makes some genuinely funny expressions, even when just talking normally! I was going for a similar vibe here. What really gets me is the "o" sound - his whole face contorts, and it just looks so funny!

That song is from My little pony the movie. I didn’t know you were a My little pony friendship is magic fan too. I have been a fan for as long as I can remember. I seen the entire series including: the episodes, shorts, specials, spin offs and movies like My little pony the movie. I even seen the newest movie My little pony a new generation and it was awesome. In fact, everything I seen of My little pony friendship is magic is awesome. If any of you want to watch the series on Hulu, Netflix and/or internet do it when you have the time. I am sure you guys are going to love as I do. MLP forever.🦄❤️

That's an interesting theory... right now I'm not convinced that he ever did actually care for Marcy, but it is possible. My theory is that Andrias was at one time connected to the blue "Heart" gem, which would imply that he used to be caring and empathetic. The question is, has his connection with the Night and his ambition to rule to worlds twisted his once kind heart beyond all recognition? Or could there possibly be something of his former self still left inside him? I guess we'll find out!

Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed this! Animation takes a lot of time - this project took about two months to complete, and even then a few shots had to be slightly simplified from my original vision in order to get it done before the season 3 premiere. Because of the time commitment, and that of other projects I'm working on, I don't currently have plans to make a full version. However, it's still a possibility for the future! Especially if we get more plot and/or backstory in the third season that could help fill in another few minutes of content.

Haha, thanks! There are a few scenes in the show where Andrias's mouth opens really wide - when he first meets Anne and laughs, and later in True Colors when he roars at Grime and Sasha. I tried to imitate those shots as well as I could - but yeah, it does look funny!

The version you suggested is good as well, and I seriously considered using it instead. However, I decided that PaninaChan's version was a much better fit for the tone I was trying to capture.
