Why aún me duele aquella falsa dirección
The lyrics of "Tú Me Amas" by Ana Belén in collaboration with Ketama, is a reflection of a passion-filled and tumultuous love affair. The song revolves around the idea that the singer's lover passionately and madly loves her with an intense flavor of insanity (“Tú me amas con ese sabor, locura”). She feels his love inside her heart no matter if it's a sunny day or a moonlit night. As the song progresses, it unfolds the story of how the two began their love affair in a dark and classic corner. The singer describes how she and her lover trembled uncontrollably as they both knew how intense their love was. The passion in their love was symbolized by his lips touching her skin, and the imagery used in the song is very raw and intense.
However, as the story reaches the climax, the singer and her lover seem to have separated, and she now remembers him with a mix of agony and pain. She questions how much she spent in phone calls searching for him, and how his false address still haunts her. But amidst all the sorrow and agony, she acknowledges how their love has become a tangible and unequal treasure, and how she would always endure everything that comes with it.
Overall, "Tú Me Amas" is a passionate and intense love song that speaks about a deep connection between the lovers with vividly painted visual imagery.
