Por Volverte A Ver
Anahí Lyrics

Y hoy no veo tu nombre
The lyrics of Anahí's song Por Volverte A Ver talk about the feeling of missing someone from the past that the singer has experienced. The lyrics begin by telling how the person she missed had changed schools and her name had disappeared from her English book. The lyrics suggest that the person leaving was not their decision; it happened due to circumstances like fate and destiny. The singer misses the person to the extent that she still involuntarily looks at empty seats, wandering if the person has come to her class. The singer expresses that she will do almost anything to meet or see the person, even if it means venturing out in the rain on a ship or a train.
There is a yearning for lost love or friendship in the lyrics of the song. The hopes and dreams of seeing that particular person again are evident. The song addresses the pain of a connection left behind and the possibility of rekindling it. The song's music is relatively easy to listen to and features a mix of pop and ballad styles.
