Since January 2014, he also works as a scriptwriter for the NRK program Tabu med Abu

The lyrics of "Salsa Tequila" can be categorized as nonsensical or lighthearted as the phrases do not necessarily follow a coherent theme or meaning. The lyrics of the song contain various references to Mexican food, famous Latin musicians, and locations across Mexico and Spain. The overall tone of the lyrics is energetic and celebratory, as it celebrates Latino culture and is characterized by references to club culture, dances, and drinking. The song references Mexican cuisine and drinks, such as burritos, tacos, chorizo, guacamole, jalapeno, mojitos, and tequila. The lyrics also make references to famous Latin musicians like Shakira, Selena Gomez, Ricky Martin, and Carlos Santana. It is also worth noting that the lyrics contain some inaccuracies, such as the mention of Ronaldo playing soccer (he is from Brazil, not a Spanish-speaking country) and the portrayal of Selena Gomez as someone who does not speak Spanish.

That is unfair. Let me retort that with the opening verse of his timeless classic "Culo", which was so good it put him in the mainstream as a serious artist:
"Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Lets go (Let's go)
Right about now, we need all the ladies to hit the danceflo'
(Dominicana) If you got a big ol' booty (Cubana, Mexicana)
And you like to set that motherfucker, let's go! (Colombiana) (Boricua)
Pitbull, Lil' Jon, Heey, Heey!"
Truly words to live by, words that move you.
