By calling out safety concerns, they have to now assume that at least 1 union man heard the radio transmission and are going to have their eyes and ears open to ensure that the roller was changed

Failure to shut down and change in that situation means the union WILL inform their safety committee, who will then inform MSHA for violating everyone’s safety… which can mean criminal charges being filed against the shift foreman all the way to the superintendent

Ive been a police officer for 30 years and under thise circumstances I wouldn't have arrested her. I can assume they arrested her because they thought it would be funny to tell their co-workers and laugh about it. Then the police agency releases it because lets all have a laugh at this woman's expense. Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should do it.
I've caught people urinating in public. As long as they tried to be discreet, I let them handle their business. Ridiculous arrest. She probably had no criminal history, and made a mistake. And they jam her up with this bs. I can't retire fast enough. These new age officers have the commonsense of a dung beetle. No disrespect to dung beetles.
