When he moved to Las Vegas during his high school years he decided to join a singing group, that by the way happened to include another well known singer/ songwriter by the name of Ne-yo. Andre, Ne-yo, and another member didn't stay together that long due to empty promises from a local independent executive. It was obvious to all of them that, that definitely wasn't the end of the road.
Andre decided he had to make an important decision to come back home to Los Angeles to pursue his career as a singer/ songwriter. Andre moved back home and started circling any and every studio in Los Angeles County to try and knock down the door of opportunity, but in 2005 he decided he needed a little help. He pursued various management companies and found a home with On Point Management; a Los Angeles based management company owned by the Sanchez Bros. He then felt he had established a winning team to help take him to the top. Together they quickly established a game plan for the future and pursued it.
His first single to hit the air waves was Marques Houston's lead single "Favorite Girl", and followed with the highly-respected "Entourage" performed by Omarion which garnered interests from every major publishing company in the industry. Andre ended up signing with Universal Music Publishing in 2007 for the final piece that he was looking for as a songwriter. He then followed with the release of "Down" a song by Chris Brown featuring Kanye West, and three of his most recent #1 records are titled "Forever" by Chris Brown from the re release of Exclusive: The "Forever" Edition, "Disturbia" by Rihanna from the re release of Reloaded, and "Fight For This Love" by X-Factor judge superstar Cheryl Cole in the UK.
He now has worked with and is currently working on such artists as Chris Brown, Rihanna, Cheryl Cole, Natasha Bedingfield, Kanye West, Rain, Black Eyed Peas, Omarion, Whitney Houston, Backstreet, Jesse McCartney, Alexandra Burke, Marques Houston, JLS, and so on... Now with the knowledge he has gained from his life experiences he is destined for greatness as a solo artist in 2011! "I am truly blessed to be able to work with the artists that I have been able to work with, and I was able to really grow creatively through the process to develop a unique sound I can call my own", Andre comments.
