Woman
Andy Madadian Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
Every time I see that girl
Secret feelings come inside me
Something's burning in my head
Every time I see that woman
Every time I see that woman
Every time I see that girl
Secret feelings come inside me
Every time I see that woman
Woh my woman woh my girl
When I'm lonely in my bedroom
And I think about that girl
Secret feelings come inside me
And I fill my empty head
Every time I need a woman
Woh my woman
Woh my girl
Woh my woman
God be live me my girl
Woh
The lyrics of Andy Madadian's song "Woman" describe the singer's intense attraction and desire for a specific woman. He admits that every time he sees her, he experiences "secret feelings" and that "something's burning in [his] head." The repetition of the phrases "Every time I see that woman" and "Every time I see that girl" emphasizes his obsession with her, as well as the intensity of his emotions. He longs to have her all to himself, expressing his desire with the line "I just want her for myself."
The second half of the song switches to a more introspective perspective. The singer is alone in his bedroom, but his thoughts are consumed with the woman he desires. The repetition of the phrase "secret feelings come inside me" further emphasizes the hidden and private nature of these emotions. He concludes the song by repeating the phrases "Woh my woman" and "Woh my girl" several times, seemingly to remind himself of the intense longing he feels towards her throughout his daily life.
Overall, "Woman" is a song that captures the intensity of human desire and longing. The singer's repeated lyrics express that he cannot shake the spell this woman has on him, even when he is alone in his thoughts.
