Anna Roig i L’ombre de ton chien és la maduració de dos projectes, el d'Anna Roig com a cantautora, i el de L’ombre de ton chien com a grup.
Biografia
Ja fa més de tres anys que Anna Roig recorre els escenaris catalans amb L’ombre de ton chien, versionant grans clàssics de la Cançó Francesa. Després de tres anys en què el seu espectacle ha tingut una gran acceptació per part del públic, L’ombre de ton chien han decidit fer un pas endavant en el seu treball, passant de versionar cançons a treballar a partir d'un repertori propi, basat en les cançons de l'Anna.
L’ombre de ton chien està format per Anna Roig a la veu, Magí Batalla a la guitarra, Carles Sanz als teclats, Carles Munts al contrabaix i Ricard Parera a la bateria.
Cinc músics que es complementen per presentar un projecte musical de molta qualitat, amb arranjaments vitals i eclèctics que abasten sense complexos sonoritats tant del jazz com del pop.
Entre els cinc músics es troba Magí Batalla (productor del cantautor Cesk Freixas), que a part de ser el guitarrista del grup, és qui s'ha encarregat de l'enregistrament del primer disc de la banda.
