She Doesn’t Mourn Her Loss
Anohni Lyrics
She doesn't mourn her loss
She just loses
She doesn't mourn her changes
She just changes
She fed me all those years
And now she's dry as her tears
And I'm asking
"Who will remember?
Who will remember?
Who will remember her
If not her children?"
She doesn't mourn her loss
She just loses
She doesn't mourn her changes
She just changes
She fed me all those years
And now she's dry as her tears
And I'm asking
"Who will remember?
Who will remember?
Who will remember her
If not her children?"
We are wondering "what is happening to the world?"
Everything is change, changing each day
You woke up in the morning and wondered
"Is it going to get better or getting worse?"
Everybody is wondering, young and old
Everything is going upside down
How are we gonna stop
And work on it, and work together
And make the world a better place to live
For all of us?
She just loses
She doesn't mourn her changes
She just changes
She fed me all those years
And now she's dry as her tears
And I'm asking
"Who will remember?
Who will remember?
Who will remember her
She doesn't mourn her loss
She just loses
She doesn't mourn her changes
She just changes

And now she's dry as her tears
And I'm asking

How are we gonna stop
And work on it, and work together
And make the world a better place to live
For all of us?
