UnOrdinary is a older webtoon which is why the art is a bit webtoony. Personally It's one of my favorite manhwa. I just love the concept and how the MC is far from perfect.

Storm inn is really targeted for certain people. People who like that style of writing will love it and others will just find it boring. Personally I think it's a nice C read that you can just pass some time with.

Memoir of the god of war is B tier for me. I think it does the over power main character better than most. The art is amazing, the fights are amazing, the pacing is perfect for me
Definitely not perfect but out of the many over powered main characters it's one of my favorite.

I really liked apotheosis at the start and the only reason I didn't continue it was because literally every Chinese martial arts/cultivation eventually becomes dragged out or drops in quality. Same thing for Martial peak
One of my biggest issues with these stories is how many characters it introduces. They come in and out and you don't get to form a connection with anyone. The more the story continue the less and less time the story spends with a cast of characters.
They also only build up the enemy at the start. After a while they stop building up the enemy.
Than you have the "romance" with 12-50 different females. Just one is fine and if they want a harem over 6 becomes unmanageable.

I feel like a got hit by whiplash when you said that Lee Gwak had ended. I read the final chapter without even realizing they ended it, really unfortunate since it was such a fantastic series in my opinion. Great list btw

Def can't agree with Sword King being C rank, easy high B or low A for me. Characters are good, the action is great, the art is top notch for what it is. Actual meaningful fights that have weight and meaning behind them. All around a great series. Maybe check out Reality Quest? Korean series with some good art (I'm a sucker for the way Korean's do female design). A combination of school fighting with a skill system. Not sure the direction the series will take since it's newer, but worth a read. I enjoy Apotheosis the most of all those crazy over the top cultivation/realm series. I like the main protag over Martial Peak same as you. Everlasting God of Sword is such a disappointment for me, those first like 40-45 chapters were straight fire. All up until he cuts the moon and has that epic fight with the dude that eats the swords. After that, I just haven't given a shit.

For me id say the Greatest Estate Designer Is S tier for me. I find that the art is average but does utilize very well with the dramatic expression the Mc makes. The story itself is very different from the other manhwas i read as it focuses on utilizing on semi-modern construction and engineering principles in a fantasy-like setting. It always kept me interested in reading to find out what the Mc will design next with his antics and the god-like comedy that comes with it in almost every chapter.

I agree with the start of Lookism, at the start its mainly side stories later on there are more story developments and plot lines. It take awhile for u to get into the main plot but after that there will barely be any side stories that dont contribute to the over-arcing story. Some of my favorite arcs come from the mid to more recent parts for the story

Got to disagree with you on “worthless regression”. I thought it was a breath of fresh air. The beginning is kind of stale, but I really like the second arc. It breaks the reincarnated super badass who deals with everything easily trope pretty well.

Unordinary for me is a top gem, unfortunately as you said the art style can't compare to many other manwha, but the concept and the way the story develop is indeed top tier. I would definetely put it in high A tier, not S cause of the art. But I feel the story is far better than 99% of the average manwha.

Characters are just infuriating, at some point i couldn't stand them anymore and stopped caring about everything that's happening, dropping it in the end. Plus(spoiler) mc kinda lost his special characteristic when we learned that he is basically op, it could've been executed well but, in my opinion it wasn't.

@mohmmed daboba well the thing is that him being strong and hiding his power felt a lot like some cliché I've already seen many times. But it's true that the story goes in an unexpected direction and so many might dislike it.

Panlong is based on a Chinese webnovel that goes by the name of coiling dragon. The manhua deviates from the novel very early on, and I 100% doubt they'll continue the manhua since it deviated so much from the novel. The novel goes much farther than where the manhua leaves off, I recommend anyone that likes the manhua to read the novel, it's way better. The author is a platinum author (really popular), all his novels are really enjoyable.

Hi! I don't remember seeing some manhwas in your tier lists. If you haven't read them, you should definitely give them a try: "The Strongest Florist" and "Dungeon Reset" - really fun manhwas, "Ultimate Soldier" - pretty unique and entertaining storyline, "The Constellation that returned from Hell" - nice art and story, "Reminiscence Adonis" - it has some romance and the lead chara is a female...it's an interesting revenge manhwa , "Dimensional Mercenary" - has an interesting storyline,the last arc was bretty boring for me but i'll definitely pick it up again after it ends, "From the grave and back" - i didn't think i'd like this one that much..i'd been putting off reading it but it was pretty entertaining.
Hope some of my recomandations help in broadening your manhwa reading list :D

Moonlight sculptor is for the OG. I remember reading the LN in like 2015 2016. I think its my first LN ive read and thats how i discovered chinese novel soon after.

Master of Gu though, i never read the manhua, might give it a try. But the novel ive read it. Ask anyone who read it, they probably give it a solid S tier.

Apotheosis and martial Peak have same concept and every time they become strongest in their space/universe they move to next and starts as weak there. Even after knowing it these 2 are S tier for me. Apotheosis have a great story, chapters are coming on time and show even though mc have hax he still struggles and fight for more power. Martial peak with dayummmm 3k chapters and you get to read it every day, same concept of universe after he got out of his original place but still somehow they make it interesting by adding new story and power to it. As for lee-gwak, I really enjoyed it( top A story ) but at 100th chapter they said thats all for this manga :( hope they continue it I really want to see how far he goes

In my opinion, The Live was pretty good at the beginning but later it got some plot holes that were too horrendous it made me drop the manhwa. The part where other people just know about his ability to know about the future when it did not even show MC revealing his powers to them.

I disagree about the art style in Second Life Ranker. It is different but I personally enjoy it. For me it is an S. The art for Unordinary is sub par but the story and everything else make up for it. I do agree where you put it

I have no clue how could anyone dislike fist demon after reading >30-ish chapters. I get that people would be reluctant to pick it up because of the weird art style (I was for a long time), but once you get used to it, you will appreciate that it's not the same art style as 50 million other martial arts manhwa out there. The atmosphere is great, character motivations make sense (rarity in the genre), character's combat ability is developet properly (not just picking up a skill book and how he can shoot lightning out of his ass or something), the pacing is slow-ish but there is no stagnation in the story telling and the action panels flow wonderfully.

edit: We must have very different tastes. I would never even think about putting MP over Apotheosis. MP is something I read every morning while drinking coffee and I get a chuckle out of it, but like you said, nothing matters. Apotheosis actually tries to combine this type of cheap martial arts pulp with an actual story. And what makes it really cool for me is that it tries to inclue a lot of concept fro mtaois philosophy into it's power scaling system and world building, while never forgetting that it's a light action series first and foremost. I reminds me a lot of Dragon Ball Super, and I love DBS more than most people. I would put it at least in A-tier, simply for the level of art and storytelling quality it maintains while having 4 chapters/week. Nothing else comes even close to the pure volume of entertainment you get by starting it.

About panlong just read the novel it called coiling dragon, the novel is 100x better than the manhua, the manhua stop when MC reach saint level in the novel its goes even further, the manhua not even covered 50% of the novel

I'm surprised unordinary got B tier. I mean, it start of as good. But the character is just the worst. The story is full of character with Hypocrite and self serving justice (if you watch code geass, they're like suzaku in season 1. Man I really hate him. He's grow in season 2 though so no longer hate him). And MC degenerate to the level of low class person. You probably end up only like 1 or 2 character here.

I wait for near a 100 chapter for the character development, but it didn't happen. Then I drop it. I think the world building idea and the power system is good. But since it's a story with full of hate character and no character that I found of, I can't keep reading, partly because I'm not someone who only read for plot but even if the plot is messy, if like the people from the story, I will read it.

All of above statement is my personal opinion, so don't worry about spoiler. Just read it if you want

My only problem with apotheosis is bad translation liked the art but also bad explanations. I like the ascension thing. Also liked the inner world dantian thing.
Word after the fall had wonderful art but trash story from the very beginning. Waste of ink. Time wasted on this manhua should be used on omniscient reader instead. No comedy no storyline just art.

There are so many times I wanted to throw my phone at the wall because of my mans opinions. Master of Gu... S TIER?!?! FFF-clss trash hero D TIER its worst than everlasting sword of god????? Demon Lord Lackey C tier, one of the most unique premises to be implemented????? God of blackfield A tier??? (ok to be fair the first couple arcs were A tier material but it gets EXTREMELY repetetive I don't understand how people still read it I dropped it after chapter 90 or something) immortal swordsman in the reverse world or whatever deserves to be below E tier for the sheer dissapointment it brought. It was an extremely interesting premise and at the start they developed a good world kinda (I also disliked the harem part) but aside from that it was alright and after some time NOTHING happened, u put it above rooftop swordsmaster which at least got good art. Also those romance manhuas lemme tell u this they are some of the most REPETITIVE SH*T that will grace ur eyes. It's on the level of isekai by now. yes i too read a romance novel since I had nothing else to read, I dug it a bit then read some other ones THEY WERE LITTERALY THE SAME PEOPLE, they look different but I guarantee you can just swap them inbetween stories and not a single reader can tell the difference. omg theres just so much more.... Edit: just so u know I respect ur opinions it was overall a generally good tier list just need to point out some.... inconsistencies.

He may have come from the ln persepective, but since I don't read ln and the title said manhua I have to say the manhua was a horrible representation on the series probably. The mahua itself I think was C tier max. I think he should have specified. If you read the manhua it was extremely boring.

I feel like manhua for Master of Gu almost doesn't do it justice. I personally would like to see it in S Tier however I must agree there may be certain faults in the manhua. Sometimes it's the translations that are off and sometimes there simply isn't enough context when compared to the novel, making certain scenes feel like they don't make sense. Not only that, but the art is sadly enough mid. However, I still believe that the story and world building for the Reverend Insanity/Gu Daoist Master novel is one of the best I've seen. In my opinion, this is why I believe Master of Gu should be S, if not, A tier. I would almost definitely recommend the novel. (though it is VERY long, I think it's around 2300+ chapters)

On your stance on romance, I could say the same about a lot of the power fantasy and somewhat the murim or wuxia stuff as well. In isolation, most of them arent bad, it only is bad when you read a lot of them.

Some romances are pretty decent as well. However if you have such a bad preconcieved notion, you will probably think theyre shit regardless
