And frozen winds
Under endless night.

The world becomes
The depths of time's raging ocean,
The face of cosmic indifference,
The persistance of life's greatest agony;
All are manifest in these freezing days.

Strength must be found

This season, fierce in its passion,
Hiding behind the gentle fall of snow
And lifeless shades of gray,
Roars with fury unknown by the evil in the minds of men.
The opening lines of the song evoke an image of a winter landscape covered in snow and ice, with a bleak and desolate atmosphere. To me it isn't. Remember, not everyone dwelves in to the deepest fringes of black metal, and it's there you'll always find theese hidden gems. When I discovered black metal, I never looked back cos that was exactly the kind of metal I was searching for.
