Man...
I feel stoned.
I feel stoned.
I feel really stoned!

[Blow]

Overall Meaning

The lyrics of Arabesque's "Ecstasy" are a representation of the effects of drug use, particularly the use of marijuana. The lyrics begin with "Man... I feel stoned" repeated a few times to emphasize the feeling of being high. The use of the word "stoned" is a reference to the feeling of being under the influence of marijuana, which is commonly associated with feeling heavy and lethargic. The song then progresses with the repetition of the phrase "I feel really stoned!" to further emphasize the intensity of the feeling. The use of the word "really" adds a level of exaggeration, indicating that the feeling is amplified to an extreme degree. The final line of the song, "Blow," could refer to smoking marijuana, which is sometimes referred to as "blowing smoke."

Drug use is a common theme in music, particularly in the genre of rock music. The use of drugs has been associated with creativity and altered states of consciousness, which can influence an artist's work. However, the use of drugs can also have negative consequences, such as addiction, health problems, and legal issues. The lyrics of "Ecstasy" are a reflection of the glorification of drug use that has been prevalent in popular culture. While drug use can be a personal choice, it is important to consider the potential risks and consequences before engaging in such behavior.

Thank You very much for posting this song. Ecstasy is my favorite Arabesque song. I definitely prefer this long version than the original short version. I have this song on 1 of my CDs that I purchased from Switzerland. I also have this song in FLAC format (not lossy mp3) on my portable music player. I love this song a lot.
