Don't let yourself fall apart,
I think I'm ready for more,
Don't let yourself fall apart.
It was just a trick of light,
Don't let yourself fall apart,
Don't let you,
The lyrics of Archie Bronson Outfit's song "Magnetic Warrior" use a metaphorical comparison to depict the fragility of relationships that are based on illusions. The opening line "It was just a trick of light" implies that the singer has been deceived by something that appeared to be real but turned out to be a deception. The repeated line "Don't let yourself fall apart" speaks to the aftermath of the realization that the relationship was built on false premises. The singer is urging themselves not to succumb to the pain and hurt that often accompanies such revelations.
The line "I think I'm ready for more" appears to be a reference to the desire for a deeper, more meaningful connection. However, the singer is cautious and aware that their newfound resolve could easily crumble if they allow themselves to fall apart. The final repeated line "Don't let you, Zoo Keeperess" is cryptic and open to interpretation. It could refer to the singer not wanting to be contained or controlled by the person in question or the notion of being trapped in a loveless relationship.
