THIS IS MY FAVORITE SONG THAT MY MOTHER SANG TO ME AROUND THE HOUSE WHILE COOKING AND TAKING CARE OF ME.
I LOVE THIS SONG SO MUCH AND RECENTLY FOUND OUT IT WAS CREATED AND RELEASED THE SAME YEAR I WAS BORN 1958.
THIS IS A VERY ENCHANTING LOVE SONG WITH SPIRITUAL PROPERTIES ADDED TO IT.
WHEN I HEAR IT IT AUTOMATICALLY HAS MY FULL ATTENTION AND MAKES ME FEEL THAT LOVE GOES BEYOND TIME, SPACE AND DIMENSION.
ART AND DOTTY ARE TOUCHED BY GOD AND THEIR SINGING VOICES TAKE YOU ON A SHORT JOURNEY OF LOVE THAT LINGERS ON IN YOUR MIND LONG AFTER THE SONG IS FINISHED PLAYING.

Thank you for bringing me back to my childhood in the 1950's.

I was six yrs. old in 1958 when this came out. Such great music was on the pop charts in the '50's and '60's. Brings back a ton of great memories....even family members who have passed. Very nostalgic for me.....Thanks for the posting of this.
@beatlejim64
Got to #6 on the charts in April 1958...CLASSIC!!!

Can you imagine a beautiful song like this being played on the radio today? We've become such a tasteless society.
@paracog
Interestingly, this song was a hit partly because of the breakthrough of multi-tracking. This and Les Paul and Mary Ford's stuff were cutting edge!
@mikesnyder1788
Totally agree! I loved this song as a kid when it first came out and there was NOTHING quite like it on the AM radio. Really liked Les Paul and Mary Ford, too! Total cutting edge!!!
@woody95124
yep Logan...I agree....
@davidcarroll6684
Sort of disagree, as a good melody will always carry the day. Just a matter of people discovering/re-discovering it.
@thomasnorman9723
Logan Cody do you recall songs of this era? If so perhaps you can help me find a song from I believe 1959
Can't remember it's title just 3 words that are mentioned several times
