The subject is in the kitchen regardless of the season.

Dressed only in her nightdress,
The subject only wears a nightdress.

Seated at the table; silent, thinking.
The subject is quiet and deep in thought while sitting at the table.

Sometimes her head is in her hands.
The subject sometimes places her head in her hands.

Sometimes she stares off into space.
The subject sometimes looks into space without a particular focus point.

Sometimes she pulls her hair until the tears come.
The subject sometimes pulls her hair leading to tears.

She is thinking, only that.
The subject is lost in thought with no other focus.

This is the only time she has.
The subject only has this moment to think.

We'd stop her if we were able.
If possible, someone would stop the subject from thinking this much.

Her mother says, "Why are you such a bad girl,
The subject's mother asks why she is being bad.

You used to be so kind and thoughtful,"
The subject's mother mentioned how the subject was thoughtful in the past.

Her father says, "You know it only hurts your mothers."
The subject's father believes that her actions are hurting her mother.

If she keeps doing it, they will have to call the Doctor.

The elderly's guilt is hidden by the above slavery.

And their tragedy – for
The tragedy of the elderly is concealed and is the consequence of the mentioned actions.

They can look back on nothing, except
The elderly can look back on nothing except for damage and regret.

What they can say they own.
They can only express ownership of material possessions in their past lives.

She is all that makes them real
The subject is everything that provides reality to the elderly's existence.

To exist they need her.
For their survival, the elderly need the subject to provide meaning to their existence.

That is why, in the quiet night,
The reason the subject is up at night is because of the elderly's dependency on her.

She tiptoes into the kitchen,
The subject walks softly into the kitchen.

Leaving the light blazing,
The subject leaves the lights on.

Sits down at the table,
The subject sits at the table.

In the quiet,
The environment in the kitchen is completely silent.

With the tiny room alone and silent,
The kitchen is the only small room, and there is no noise in it.

Dark, floating in a sea of dark,
The environment feels shadowy, immersed in complete darkness.

Only light inside, and she there,
The only source of light inside is the subject's presence.

The subject's parents feel she is out of character.

When parent secretly conspire with parent
The parents secretly plot with each other without including the subject.

To discredit conscience and reject all criticism as
They try to erase the subject's conscience and disregard any critical comments.

a shameful sickness
Acting like shaming the subject for the great deal of thought she puts into things is a sickness.

It is then the wealthy patrons of the state,
The high-status people from the state

With numberless murders in their hearts,
With countless murders planned.

Make a public acclaim of the morality
Publicly claim to have high moral standards.

Of self loathing that
Suggesting that hating oneself is good and ethical.

Commits one more.
Adds to the number of killings that may result from this corrupt mentality.
