A Uruguayan player of keyboard, Ricardo Ferraro came to Brazil in January 1987 to visit the beaches of Bahia. He fell in love with the place and decided to stay in the land, where he met Durval Lelys who invited him to join the group. Currently, the musician is on solo career as DJ Rambo.

Asa de Águia Lyrics

Que vivia drogado,
Hoje estou curado
Encontrei jesus!
Encontrei jesus!
Encontrei jesus!
Na casa do senhor
Xô satanás!
Xô satanás!
Eu tava na vida,
Quase a me perder,
A minha tentação
Foi amar você,
Com tanta loucura
Eu não agüento mais
Xô satanás!
Xô satanás!
Xô satanás!
Xô satanás!
The lyrics of Asa de Águia's song Xô Satanás tell the story of someone who had been living a life of addiction, but eventually finds redemption through Jesus Christ. The singer says that they used to be a drunk and a drug addict, but that they have now been cured because they found Jesus. The repetition of the phrase "Encontrei jesus!" emphasizes the transformative power of the singer's faith.
The second half of the song shifts focus to a romantic relationship that has been causing the singer to feel lost and tempted. The singer acknowledges the wild passion they have for their partner, but also recognizes it as a temptation that they can no longer endure. The repeated refrain of "Xô satanás!" serves as a sort of rallying cry against the negative influences that have plagued the singer's life in the past.
Overall, the song is a celebration of the singer's newfound faith and a call to resist temptation and negative influences through the power of prayer and the guidance of the church.
