In 2006, Asha Bhosle stated that she had sung over 12,000 songs, a figure repeated by several other sources. The World Records Academy, an international organization which certifies world records, recognized her as the "Most Recorded Artist" in the world, in September 2009. Billa was a remake of Don. Most of Rajinikanth's movies are remakes of Hindi or Kannada or Malayalam movie. There is nothing novel or original about it.
And Rajinikanth couldn't replicate even 40% of Amitabh's performance in the original version both in Billa and Thee (remake of Deewar). Amitabh's performance was at a different level totally unmatched in style, swag and substance.
