Hollywood Girl
Ashland HIGH Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Oh oh oh, oh yeah

She jumped off a train got on a plane
Just to come down to the big city of LA

Let's dance, dance, dance the night away
Let's dance, dance, dance the night away
You're shinin' brighter than
Those Hollywood stars she moved to the city
Said she's gonna go far
She's a Hollywood, she's a Hollywood girl
She's a Hollywood girl

She's in a lot of pain
She's the one to blame
She's packing her bags to
Leave the west coast she's so afraid

Let's just dance, dance, dance
The night away let's dance, dance, dance
The night away

You're shinin' brighter than
Those Hollywood stars she moved to the city
Said she's gonna go far
She's a Hollywood, she's a Hollywood girl
You're shinin' brighter than
Those Hollywood stars she moved to the city
Said she's gonna go far
She's a Hollywood, she's a Hollywood girl
She's a Hollywood girl

Don't be afraid and don't run away
'Cause I could never find another like you
(Oh oh yeah, like you, oh oh yeah)
Don't be afraid and don't run away
'Cause I could never find another like you
(Oh oh yeah, like you, oh oh yeah)

You're shinin' brighter than
Those Hollywood stars she moved to the city
Said she's gonna go far
She's a Hollywood, she's a Hollywood girl
She's my Hollywood girl

You're shinin' brighter than
Those Hollywood stars she moved to the city
Said she's gonna go far
She's a Hollywood, she's a Hollywood girl
You're shinin' brighter than
Those Hollywood stars she moved to the city
Said she's gonna go far
She's a Hollywood, she's a Hollywood girl
She's my Hollywood girl

Don't be afraid and don't run away
'Cause I could never find another like you

Oh oh oh yeah oh yeah

i saw him yesturday april 9th, he was awesome i got squished but he was awesome. And I love his story. and Trace said that metro station was a group/band that didn't let him do what he wanted to do, and now He can. He doesn't have much money now and he was so glad that bc and the ready set!!!! xD brought him on tour. Trace is the only one on this tour not signed to a record label, so he relies on your guys. his fans so support him and help him out! :)
