Aurora Lyrics

like an inflamed eye
and blinds our cosmos
with illuminated beams
blue...
but who cares?
we don't percieve
what is happening
outside these cold walls
above the (passive) houses
a young man tries
to take his life
by walking the (crossing) line
(still) the birds are hooding
for the heated blue
but they cannot find it
instead they decline away
the hazard wind blows cold
and cover the (animated) skin
with pain
while we all pass away
The lyrics to Aurora's song "Blue" paint a bleak and desolate picture of a world where sunlight blinds everything in sight, and people are trapped in their cold walls, unable to notice the despair around. The first verse starts with a vivid description of the sun that glows like an inflamed eye, projecting its illuminated beams all over the cosmos, making it impossible for anyone to see what's beyond the glare. The chorus then kicks in with a simple but poignant message, "blue.. but who cares?" implying that even the color blue, which usually symbolizes hope and optimism, can't escape the bleakness of this world.
The second verse talks about how people are oblivious to the world outside their homes and are in a slumber hoping that everything will someday get better. Meanwhile, a young man tries to take his life by walking the crossing line, probably indicating the hopelessness and desperation of the youth in this world. The third verse speaks of the birds that are searching for the heated blue, presumably a metaphor for a better tomorrow, but are unable to find it, leading them to decline away. The song ends with a morose depiction of how the cold wind covers the animated skin with pain, and everyone ultimately perishes.

Lyrics :)
Broken mornings, broken nights and broken days in between
Open ground, the sky is open, makes an open sea
Just like in fiction, in every addiction
Oh oh, fantasy's taking over, awake me
I've been looking for the conqueror
But you don't seem to come my way
I've been looking for the only one
But you don't seem to come my way
Broken me and broken them
You are broken too
Open ears, their eyes are open
Makes me call for you
But there's no seduction only destruction
(Oh oh) oh fantasy take me over and break me
I've been looking for the conqueror
But you don't seem to come my way
I've been looking for the only one
But you don't seem to come my way
I've been looking for the conqueror
But you don't seem to come my way
I've been looking for the only one
But you don't seem to come my way
I feel ali-li-live
I feel ali-li-live
I feel ali-li-live
I feel ali-li-live
I've been looking for the conqueror
But you don't seem to come my way
I've been looking for the only one
But you don't seem to come my way
I've been looking for the conqueror
But you don't seem to come my way
I've been looking for the only one
But you don't seem to come my way
I feel ali-li-live
