There are at least eight artists/groups known by this name:
1) Aurora Borealis is one of those death/black metal hybrids, with Vento's vocals slanting toward black and the riffing and drumming siding a bit toward death metal. There's an above-average degree of technicality here, as Vento is a solid guitarist and an adventuresome songwriter. The songs mix both technicality and brutality quite well -- this is a fine band well worth investigation.

The lyrics of Aurora Borealis's song "Valley Of The Kings" describe the resting place of the ancient Egyptian rulers to the west of the Nile, where their bodies continue to be preserved and remain guarded by Hamor, the protector of all that lies in the valley. The four goddesses watch over the sarcophagus of the Kings, who rest in eternal peace, embalmed forever. The spirits of the Kings return to their bodies in the future, beginning their journey to the afterlife, accompanied by their belongings to live with the gods in the other land.
The Kings are entombed deep within their lair, behind stone walls, awaiting their coming to live once again beneath the earth. Their resting place in the tombs of gold where they stay forever gazing in the dark. The body of the Kings is wrapped in silken cloths, and the force felt throughout the pyramid walls. The lyrics repeat the last verse about the dream of eternal life.
