Esta banda de rock está integrada actualmente por Hensli (voz y guitarra), Kuámasi (voz y guitarra), Pablo (batería) y Tafio (bajo).
Un rasgo distintivo de Autopista Sur es que no hay una sino dos voces principales. Su música es un mestizaje de rock con expresión venezolana. Y las canciones, historias o imágenes de gente que pasa inadvertida en la carretera y en la ciudad. Caracas en llamas, la estatua de María Lionza partida por la mitad, videojuegos pasados de moda, un mundo al revés, las muñecas de Reverón, un comercial de TV, el pasar de una estrella fugaz, matinés con minitecas, un agente especial buscando asesinos y amores, el diablo blanco, despedidas edificantes. Todo se suma en un sonido enérgico que se desplaza constantemente, una encrucijada de viejas texturas y arreglos modernos.
