1. An… Read Full Bio ↴There are at least two music groups under the name 'Aviators':
1. An independent electronic music project created in Vermont, USA by Tyler Shaw in early 2011.
Being skilled in music theory after 8 years of violin lessons and teaching himself how to play the guitar, he created his first EP, Never Say Forever, using the digital audio workstation GarageBand, but removed it later, due to his lacking production skills at the time.
After switching from GarageBand to FL Studio and figuring out how to use it, he released his debut album, Reflections Of A Dream, in December 2011.
Before the release, he asked the indie musician Yoav Landau, better known as The Living Tombstone, to remix one of the songs on his debut. Landau agreed and shortly after the remix was uploaded on YouTube, Shaw's fanbase began to grow.
As of September 2019 his discography consists of 11 full-length studio albums, 1 TV-Show based album, 10 EPs, 5 remix albums, 2 soundtrack albums, 2 compilation albums, and 22 singles, as well as a number of free-to-download songs on YouTube and SoundCloud under the name 'Aviators'.
His most recent 12th studio album, titled 'The Cinematic Future', released March 6, 2020.

Listen to the sound of voices
In the distance calling
Listen to the noise around us
It's the raindrops falling
It's the wind in the trees
Inspiration flowing free
It's a light in the dark
It's a gift, it's an art
It's the music in my soul
I'm breathing again
I'm taking it in
Because you can't take the music from me
I refuse to pretend
I won't let this end
You can't take the melody
There's a divide between melody
And sounds only some can hear
A song, a mysterious force
Yet it's never feared
An unexplainable thought
A shout from those who were lost
A call from the brokenhearted
A projection of the mind
But I'm not wasting time
I'm only just getting started
I'm breathing again
I'm taking it in
Because you can't take the music from me
I refuse to pretend
I won't let this end
You can't take the melody
(Melody)
I'm breathing again
I'm taking it in
Because you can't take the music from me
I refuse to pretend
I won't let this end
You can't take the melody
(Breathing again)
(Taking it in)
(Refuse to pretend)

Aviators's song Melody portrays the freedom and the connection offered by music. It starts by introducing the natural surrounding sounds, from the voices in the distance to the raindrop and wind noises that create a sense of relaxation and inspiration. Aviators indicates that music is the only thing that he cannot control, it is a light in the dark, a gift, and an art, and that his soul is filled with music. Melody talks about the divide between melody and the sounds that only a few can hear. It's a mysterious force that inspires and drives both the lost and the brokenhearted. Aviators cuts in to note that he's not wasting any time, that he's just getting started.
The chorus is a declaration: "You can't take the music from me…You can't take the melody". Aviators is breathing once more, taking everything in, refusing to pretend, refusing to let it stop. The repeating of this chorus is an affirmation of how important music is, how powerful and potent it has always been throughout history, and how it continues to inspire individuals even in current times. It stresses that nobody can strip away the music, and it's an integral part of who Aviators is as a person.

Okay, look: if you're not doing dubstep because you just don't want to, that's your decision and I respect it. However, if you're stopping it because you think people don't like it, you should seriously reconsider. Take a look at the comments. And the like ratio, for that matter. People LOVE this stuff. I love it too.
