1. An independent electronic music project created in Vermont, USA by Tyler Shaw in early 2011.
Being skilled in music theory after 8 years of violin lessons and teaching himself how to play the guitar, he created his first EP, Never Say Forever, using the digital audio workstation GarageBand, but removed it later, due to his lacking production skills at the time.
After switching from GarageBand to FL Studio and figuring out how to use it, he released his debut album, Reflections Of A Dream, in December 2011.
Before the release, he asked the indie musician Yoav Landau, better known as The Living Tombstone, to remix one of the songs on his debut. Landau agreed and shortly after the remix was uploaded on YouTube, Shaw's fanbase began to grow.
As of September 2019 his discography consists of 11 full-length studio albums, 1 TV-Show based album, 10 EPs, 5 remix albums, 2 soundtrack albums, 2 compilation albums, and 22 singles, as well as a number of free-to-download songs on YouTube and SoundCloud under the name 'Aviators'.
His most recent 12th studio album, titled 'The Cinematic Future', released March 6, 2020.

This song. Where do i begin?

When I was 12, I had some some feelings that made this song strike home. I remember sitting on my laptop listening to this, and having my head down thinking about how or why i wasn't able to come out to people as much as others had. these were just times i didn't know myself.

I'm 17 now, and im way past that phase, but im still very thankful for how powerful this song was to me back then. it definitely meant a lot. but every blue moon i come to listen to this, i get some flashbacks from back then. i don't take my emotions for granted when it comes from music. Thanks.

Being a music addict myself, it was the fan made music that brought me into the fandom. I came for the tunes and stayed for the show and community. The music people like Aviators put out is what keep me going and inspired to push through day by day. It's people that pump out music like this with emotion and relatable stories to tell that make me love this fandom more and more. You don't hear amazing craft like this in mainstream music anymore, and that saddens me. But I'm glad I have the bronies

... Aviators...you have made a song that I can totally relate to. Throughout most of my childhood in elementary school, I was bullied and teased because I was simply different. I thought I would never find "Someone Like Me" and it was my family and best friend who went to a different school that kept me going. As I entered high school and now that I'm out of high school, I have truly found people like me and part of it is thanks to this amazing fandom. So thank you Aviators, thank you man.

This song made me cry, but for a good reason. I spent almost 3 weeks with a group of people away from home, and for most of the trip I bore the same burden I'd born for so long like I always have: alone. At the end of the trip I opened up to a friend I'd had for two years, and we realized that we'd born the same burdens alone for a long time. Listening to this song is just so moving for me.

This here is beautiful. That piano tune fits Fluttershy quite well. The percussion, on the other hoof, helps make it feel more lively. As ever, the vocal work is on a sweet level, the lyrics are sung well and feel appropriate and progress well. A wonderful Flutterballad from Aviators. Couldn't ask for more, really. Well done!

Gosh the feels, this describes me perfectly. I've always been shy, and an introvert, and very different from "normal people" My teachers always gave me help on how to make friends, and while I greatly appreciated it, I still felt awkward around other people,sometimes like a third wheel, and often I just got upset at something they said, even if they weren't trying to be mean. I just didn't feel like I was making any progress, or that there was anyone who I could truly call my friend....

this is one of those songs that people comment their life problems, and I would shake the hand of all of the people who did. we all go through times when we are suffocated by peer pressure and if someone is telling their story to thousands of random people than they must have big balls
