B.A.P Lyrics

Ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh
Ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh (yes yes)
Ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh

Yeah yeah yeah, let's get it!
Ribbon in the sky (oh oh oh oh oh)
Ribbon in the sky (oh oh oh oh oh) no yeah
Whoa, get away, I'm Mr. Bang

Bring it on (oh!)

Tell me 'bout it
끝까지 부딪혀 crazy

(Oh eh) break it down
(Oh eh) break it down
(Oh eh) ribbon in the sky

(Oh eh) break it down
(Oh eh) break it down
준비 됐어 come on big boy
(Oh eh oh eh) war is over
Yeh, yeh, yeh, yeh
Ribbon in the sky (e-o-e-o-uh)

Ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh

역겨운 시스템 it's like pyramid
Fade out, fade out yo
밟고 부셔 all-in, always (oh yeh)

Bring it on (oh)
굴지 않아 더 이상 ye, get' cha

Tell me 'bout it
끝까지 부딪혀 crazy

(Oh eh) break it down
(Oh eh) break it down
(Oh eh) ribbon in the sky

(Oh eh) break it down
(Oh eh) break it down
준비 됐어 come on big boy
(Oh eh oh eh) war is over
Yeh, yeh, yeh, yeh
Ribbon in the sky (e-o-e-o-uh)

I know
기억해 oh, ribbon in the sky

(Oh eh) break it down
(Oh eh) break it down
(Oh eh) ribbon in the sky

(Oh eh) break it down
(Oh eh) break it down
준비 됐어 come on big boy
(Oh eh oh eh) war is over

Yeh, yeh, yeh, yeh
Ribbon in the sky (e-o-e-o-uh)

Im so glad BYG is paying tribute to the Sewol tragedy and making social commentary again. We need more people like him, who hopes to spread important messages about the society through songs.

@h0ngkicu

Once you Jong Up You can't Jong Down there was a tragedy in south korea. Around 300 students went with the ferry called "sewol", but sewol ferry sunk and a lot of students died. About 27 students survived. And korean citizens blamed the sewol crew for the tragedy. A lot of people had physical and emotional trauma, because of the tragedy. And tbh this is sooo sad :(
And that's maybe the meaning of the song "ribbon in the sky". Rest in peace innocent students and i hope they live happy in heaven

@mel_sj

rosee ._. ***** Also just to add on, a yellow ribbon is used to commerate the day the ship sunk with the lives lost. So hence the title song 'Ribbon in the sky', probably paying as tribute to them.

Yongguk's brain is something else. No one fully can get a grasp of his pain

@yeehaw4073

one of the reasons i love b.a.p is because you can tell their songs are genuine. they aren't trying to be fake-deep, they actually care about politics, the society and others around them, especially yongguk

@konstanzavalenzuelasanhuez4763

"Inclusion of a heavy message with a strong base and drumline, 'RIBBON IN THE SKY’ is a song relaying a message towards the society’s deep rooted irrational structure systems with anger and hope. With more refined vocal lines and tracks than the existing B.A.P’s society criticism songs, they are throwing out different messages to the listeners about the corrupt privileged authorities with sort of advising satires and straight forward lyrics.
