Please Love Me
B.B. King Lyrics

I was in love with you baby, honey, before I learned to call your name
Yes, I was in love with you baby, honey, before I learned to call your name
Yeah, the way you treatin' me baby, honey you're gonna drive old me insane

Yes, you know I love you, I'll do anything you tell me to
Yes, you know I love you baby, and I'll do anything you tell me to
Well, there's nothing in this world baby, honey, that I wouldn't do for you

Well, if you love me baby, honey, do everything I say
Yes, if you love me baby, honey, do everything I say
Yes, if you don't do what I tell you, you better get on your knees and pray

Well, I want you to be my girlfriend, baby, and I'm gonna be your boy
Yes, be my girlfriend, honey, baby and I'm gonna be your boy
Yes, I'm gonna buy you a Cadillac car, to drive wherever you are

One of the best albums of all time!

catalot

It's stretching my memory, but I do believe I saw him at the New York Fair in Syracuse Once upon a time. He was fantastic, wasn't he?

Damien Alvarez

Can’t decide if I like this version or Albert King’s Live Wire version. This has a little more swagger and swing, but Albert’s has more fire and ferocity. I guess there’s something to appreciate in both.

Nicole Holford Lockney

Recorded at my grandpa’s studio (ACA) in Houston!

Francisco Lerche

I respect all kinds of music, but I really dont understand how some people prefer rockandroll or rock instead of blues, Is so much badass than rockandroll.

Calebe Priester

Rock 'n' Roll has more freedom and it's louder, more energetic, it's over the top. When you play the blues you are limited to playing the same chord progression over and over and over again while Rock 'n' Roll is based on riffs

Fear Resides Within Us

Francisco Lerche Gotta say, after spending some time with both. I guess you were right in a way. Blues is incredible, I won’t compare the two (or state which I like over the other), I’ll just enjoy the hell out of both lol. Funny how time can change things (perspectives).

Fear Resides Within Us

Eh, I feel the opposite lol. I appreciate the fact that Blues made a way for Rock, but give me a quality Rock song over one from the Genre of Blues, anyday!!!!!!!
