Three O'Clock Blues
B.B. King Lyrics

Now here it is three o' clock in the mornin'
Can't even close my eyes
Oh, three o' clock in the mornin', baby
Can't even close my eyes
Well, I can't find my baby
Lord, and I can't be satisfied

Lord, I've looked around me
Whoa, my baby can't be found
Whoa, looked all around me, people
Whoa, my baby can't be found
Well, if I don't find my baby
I'm goin' down to the boilin' ground, that's where the mens hang out

Well, I'm bound to find her
Yeah
Come here, baby

Well, goodbye, everybody
Lord, I believe this is the end
Oh, goodbye, everybody
Lord, I believe this is the end

Well, you can tell my baby
To forgive me for my sins

Well now, it's three o'clock in the morning
And I can't even close my eyes
Three o'clock in the morning
And I can't even close my eyes
Can't find my baby
And I can't be satisfied
I've looked all around me
And my baby, she can't be found
I've looked all around me, people
And my baby, she can't be found
You know, if I don't find my baby
People, I'm going down to the golden ground
Goodbye everybody
I believe this is the end
Oh, goodbye everybody
I believe this is the end
I want you to tell, my baby
Tell her please, please forgive me
Forgive me for my sins

Rest in Paradise, so good LIVE! Listening today after remembering seeing him in Live in Sacramento has brought tears to my eyes. Itโ€™s 3am so maybe thatโ€™s it ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Shows you don't have to shred a guitar lick to play great guitar. It's all about the feel and soul you put in.

@FatKitty420 yes and think about the fact that this people improvised this way. They were like singing. They developed a way of improvising, it's really the meaning of music itself, it's your voice, the way you find your style.

@Vincenzo Covelli you are right. I once tried to learn a Clapton solo from Have you ever loved a woman live. I only then realised the importance of phrasing. I could play all the notes. But I always started before or sfter Clapton. My rythm was bad.

@Dylan Morgan thanks man!
