Used in many foods since the 1950's, its been banned in many countries, but not the USA (except for infant food). It is thought today to be carcinogenic. These songs were recorded in '86 and '87. The B.H.T. portion of this demo was recorded live at Gillman Street Club in Berkeley. BHT played shows in Berkeley, Davis, Redwood City, Oakland, Pleasanton, etc. A year later, they were reformed as Anxiety after departure of BHT 's singer and the addition of another guitarist. Their guitarist and the rest of the band filled in on vocals. The last three tracks are the only recordings as Anxiety. They unfortunately broke up not long after the recoding of this demo. If you dug stuff like Rabid Lassie, Corrupted Morals, Unit Pride, The Accused, etc. you'll love this obscure beauty. Awesome Hardcore/Crossover!
