Jetz also och dä Lang
Ejal, wo dä her ess, et kütt nit drop ahn
Ob dä enn Rom wonnt oder enn Mekka
Ob dä en Frau ess oder ’ne Kääl
Ob dä ’ne Bart hätt oder sechs Ärme
Schwazz, wieß oder jääl
Wie off noch jeht mer Pharisäer

The song "Kron un Turban" by BAP talks about the importance of treating people fairly and with respect, regardless of their race, gender, religion, or any other differences. The lyrics describe encounters with different individuals, some wearing crowns and others wearing turbans. The singer doesn't seem to care about these differences but rather focuses on the need for kindness and understanding. The chorus repeats the message of acceptance, emphasizing that it doesn’t matter if someone wears a crown or a turban, or if they have a beard or six arms, or are black, white, or yellow. It's about showing respect and empathy towards others, regardless of their differences.
The second verse of the song talks about the impact of hate and division, asking why people wear pharisaic clothes and belts. The lyrics question the motives of those who spread hatred and discord, recognizing the power dynamics at play that make people want to hold onto power, even if it means hurting others. However, the chorus insists that if we find common ground, there is no one who will be lost, and that we have a chance to change things for the better.
In summary, "Kron un Turban" by BAP is a call for acceptance and empathy. It urges listeners to look beyond differences and focus on creating a society that values fairness and respect for all.
