Saw a squirrel fall out of a tree

TBD has a video segment called FAIL ARMY, showing humans doing stupid tricks and crashing and whatnot but also animals doing crazy stupid klutzy stuff...

I have a Guinness book of World records going back decades and it shows an ibex jumping back and forth between cliffs, tight vertical walls with maybe 10 or even 20 ft in between them... And this ibex guy was going downward jumping back and forth... It didn't even look possible

Eagles do this mating thing in the air and may even look like they're crashing, falling out of the sky...
Have to wonder if they ever have hit the ground...

But serious answer, in science and engineering, we call the degree of angle we saw not measured from our pov but from the object that have the angle. In other words, (kinda) from inside pov. So the correct angle for the jokes in this context is 89 degree.

Lets think about it this way..
You have a normal paper, what is degree of the angle? Its 90 degree no matter how you see it, because the angle made by the paper. There's no way anyone say it 270 degree.

Other example, you have a very sharp needle. Lets say its 3 degree, theres no way anyone says it 357 degree even though we all outside the needle.

So in our case, the angle is made by the dam, and the ibex are coming from an outside of the dam (no water from ibex side), so the wall should be 89 degree.

Have fun guys!

If you thought that was nailbiting, what about a baby Ibex running down a near vertical mountain to escape a fox? 👉 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vTSVzeOdj8A 👈

Am I the only person who doesn’t think this is scary? Some of the shot angles make the wall look near vertical, but it’s nothing like.
