Can someone explain what the song means? I think the gist of it is he's in love with someone who's not in love with him. The other person plays around, does drugs (white powder = cocaine?), and isn't being honest/upfront with him. He knows he should leave the person, but doesn't want to b/c he's in love with them still, even tho he knows what they're doing is wrong and dangerous.

I think it means that she is only happy when she is high. Without the drugs (or vice-- meaning immoral or wicked behavior) she is miserable and her heart, or herself, is not the same.
And
