Founded in Milan in 1989 with a project called Mail Art, after producing some dance hits in the middle of the 90s and playing many concerts all over Italy supporting international acts as Melotron and Client, Babylonia released their first single Without Asking Me (EMI Capitol / People Music) at the end of 2003.
LATER TONIGHT is the long-awaited debut album combining great melodies, catchy hooks and synthetic sounds in 13 songs that appeal not only to electronic pop music fans, but to anybody who likes great pop songs. The album featured the 3 singles Catch Me, Something Epic and That Bit Lie.
At the end of 2005 Babylonia signed a worldwide deal with the German label INFACTED RECORDINGS for the release in the early 2006 of an international version of LATER TONIGHT including 4 new bonus tracks.
The band is currently working on the second album.
