Better Days
Badfinger Lyrics

I'm just a good boy, working hard to get my pay
A little time, a little trouble, a better day
I see no reason as for why it cannot be
A little time, a little trouble, a better day

You bury your head in the things you said, that's fine
But the days go by and you know it's getting dark at nine
You give all you want, but you take away what's mine
We can make it better, baby, so much better all the time

Just a good boy
Looking hard to see my way
A little time, a little trouble, a better day

I see no reason as for why it cannot be
A little time, a little trouble, a better day

Well, you bury your head in the things you said, that's fine
But the days go by and you know it's getting dark at nine
You give all you want, but you take away what's mine
We can make it better
Baby, so much better all the time

Just a good boy
Looking hard to see my way
A little time, a little trouble, better days.

Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa
Whoa

Sounds like he's playing Ringo's Drums.

One of the greatest bands of the 70s! And a great song by Joey!

Randy Jordan

An underrated number. I wish someone would put out a karaoke version. I still have that album on vinyl.

Can ANYONE help me out with the opening and break riff? There is no guitar tab anywhere on the internet for this song, but several covers and ever one of the the damn camera man never has a good angle on the lead guitarist. The only video of Pete playing this samething. They have the damn camera zoomed on the guitar not his fret hand.
