Shemah! Getting to know Shemah! means to give up the audio and visual perceptions per se in order to receive the invitation: Listen up!! This is a very outbreaking proposal. The band believes in the artistic strength to highlight Beauty and Kindness, and trusts that music universality may express also universal values such as Peace, Love, and Hope. Based on a heterogeneous sonority hardly labeled, Shemah! and its lyrics inspire opinions and attitude revolution. It is a Band rich in diversity, combining fancy attitude with lack of formality, relaxed and natural performance on stage, a bit of irreverence, and a serious and engaged proposal. Shemah! has been highlighted in Brasilias musical scenario by the quality and depth in its songs, besides the upright performance of arrangements using five vocals. In such an eclectic group, musical influences couldnbe few: Black Music, Rockn Roll, Jazz, Brazilian Popular Music, Erudite Music, and even Choir are merged in musical arrangements, consolidating Shemah! as one of the most representative groups in modern Brazilian Popular Music. Composed by Leticia Castro (lead vocal), Marina Kohlsdorf (flute, acoustic guitar and vocals), Paulo Santos (electric guitar, acoustic guitar and vocals), David Reis (keyboard and vocals), Tiago Cardoso (acoustic guitars and vocals), Claudio Lemos (drums), and Nando Lima (bass), Shemah! starts now a new movement, defending better days with more justice, awareness, love, and, of course, more fun.
